EMMA & RICHARD’S WEDDING

vintage & glam

Emma and Richard are definitely not your traditional couple. They wanted their wedding in Santorini to have a chic yet rustic feeling. They wanted to be in touch with nature, make the rocky breathtaking surrounding of the island a part of their special day. They wished to have a blend of the volcanic land with the relaxing smell of lavender and rosemary yet not lose the elegance and glam a destination wedding in Santorini should have. And with the help of our team their wishes became true.

Emma mentioned that peonies was not her favorite flower (yes, you read correctly!) instead she loved lavender, roses, baby’s breath. Vintage glamour with natural boho accents was in for this ever so sweet couple!

They promised everlasting love to each other overlooking the caldera cliffs. Bouquets made of roses, wax and foliage brought the rustic branches that decorated the poles of the pergola to life. Floating bottles filled with delicate delphinium and lavender emphasized the natural beauty of the surroundings adding pixie-dust to the couple’s “I do”.

Dinner and dancing followed in the beautifully decorated inside area of their wedding venue. The reception decor evolved naturally with burlap linens and baby’s breath bouquets decorating the chairs. The tables were set with lavender-filled clear apothecary jars and thank you notes elegantly wrapped with twine and lavender.

The light-up “Mr & Mrs” sign by the dance floor gave the groovy feeling necessary for a night of partying for the couple and their guests. And so they danced the night away to a blissful married life. “I was blown away when I walked into our venue! You did an amazing job, beyond our wildest dreams. Thank you, Wedding Wish team, for making it possible! Not a dry eye in the house, speechless guests and memories to cherish forever,” were the touching comments of Emma the next morning.

Τhank you, Emma & Richard, for letting us be a part of your special day. Best wishes for a fun-filled future together! xoxo
